The Project Owner Clause Samples

This clause typically identifies the party with ultimate authority over project decisions, approvals, and resource allocation, and may specify their rights and obligations throughout the project lifecycle. By clearly designating the project owner, the clause ensures accountability and streamlines communication, helping to prevent disputes over decision-making and project direction.
