The Hirer a shall provide all information Waikato Cabins reasonably requires to complete a Financing Statement or Financing Change Statement as those terms are defined in the PPSA in relation to the Cabin; and b waives the right to receive a verification statement confirming registration of a Financing Statement or a Financing Change Statement relating to the security interest created by this Agreement.
The Hirer. The Hirer. The Hirer is the person making a booking with Kangaroo Castles. The Hirer must be 18 years of age or older and will be expected to follow all terms and conditions detailed herein. The Hirer will accept full liability for all users using all equipment whilst onsite at the Hirer’s premises. THE HIRE PERIOD: Hot tub hire will be classed as Multi-day hire. Multi-day bookings are when you hire equipment continuously for the agreed amount of days.Multi-day bookings will only be accepted if the equipment on hire is kept in safe and secured grounds (i.e. a locked secure garden with no public access or right of way). If you wish to extend your confirmed hire period, you must gain prior authorisation from Kangaroo Castles. Please contact us on 07455256456 if you wish to extend the hire period. Without pre-approved authorisation, the delivery team will arrive at the designated collection time. It is important that the delivery team can begin deflation and clean-up promptly at the end of your booking time to allow for other same day bookings to go ahead. Failure to ensure that equipment is vacated and ready to collect past your collection time may result in further charges being applied.
The Hirer. 2.1.1. acknowledges the Hired Area is situated near an area of the Park Lands which has been recognised as sensitive and requires management and conservation. The area is subject to a Management Agreement with the Minister for Environment and Conservation for the future management of remnant vegetation, under the provisions of Section 205 of the Natural Resources Management Act 2004 (see Appendix 4); and
