Alternate Facility definition

Alternate Facility means any Waste Facility other than the Designated Waste Facility or the Designated Recycling Facility, as determined by the context.
Alternate Facility means that hazardous waste facility which has been designated on a manifest pursuant to s. NR 615.08
Alternate Facility has the meaning set forth in the Issuing and Paying Agent Agreement.

More Definitions of Alternate Facility

Alternate Facility means a processing site of Cardinal or one of its Affiliates other than the Facility, as designated by Cardinal and approved by Adams, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Applicable Laws shall mean the Permits and any statute, law, constitution, charter, ordinance, judgment, order, decree, rule, regulation, directive, standard, policy or similarly binding authority, which shall be enacted, adopted, promulgated, issued or enforced by a Governmental Body relating to the Contractor, the City, the Designated Transfer Station(s), the Designated Disposal Facility(ies), and this Agreement, including without limitation, the Act 101 Plan. Change in Law shall mean,
