Amount of Paid Personal Leave. (a) Paid personal leave accrues progressively during a year of service according to the Employee's ordinary hours of work (excluding overtime) and accumulates from year to year.
Amount of Paid Personal Leave. (a) An employee is entitled to accrue an amount of paid personal leave, for each completed four week period of continuous service with the employer of 1/26 of the number of nominal hours worked by the employee for the employer during that four week period.

An employee shall be entitled to 10 days paid sick/ carer's leave for each completed year of service, which will accrue on a pro-rata basis. Any sick/ carer's leave not taken as at the end of each year of service shall accumulate from year to year. For the avoidance of doubt, sick leave and xxxxx's leave are not payable upon the termination of an employee's employment, other than where provided for under clause 3.10.
