Service with the employer means employed to work in an establishment where such employment is governed by the terms of the Drug Factories (State) Award (hereinafter referred to as "the award").

Examples of Service with the employer in a sentence

  • A redundant employee shall receive redundancy/severance payments, calculated as follows, in respect of all Continuous Service with the employer.
