Accumulation of Personal Leave. A) Personal leave for personal matters or to attend work related conferences or workshops as described in Article 21 shall accumulate from year to year up to six days. For the purposes of this section, “days” are based on the employee’s prorated work day.
Accumulation of Personal Leave. Unused personal leave accumulates from year to year to a maximum of 729.6 hours (or 768 hours if the employee normally works eight or more hours per day).

Accumulation of Personal Leave. (a) Personal leave shall be cumulative, but unless the Employer and employee otherwise agree, no employee shall be entitled to receive, and no Employer shall be bound to make, payment for more than 13 weeks' absence from work through illness in any one year.
Accumulation of Personal Leave. For purposes of determining personal leave, a school year shall be as defined in Article 14, Section 2, Subd. 1, Basic Contract Year. Teachers shall be eligible to use up to 40 hours of sick leave as personal leave annually. Part-time teachers on contract or teachers contracted for less than a school year shall be eligible for a proportionate amount of personal leave rounded off to the nearest half day for part-time teachers and to the nearest full day for others. These 40 hours of personal leave may not be carried over to subsequent years.
Accumulation of Personal Leave. Personal leave accrued but not used shall accumulate to a maximum of seven-hundred twenty (720) hours on June 30 of any calendar year. If a teacher has, as of June 30, an amount of personal leave in excess of seven-hundred twenty (720) hours, the excess shall be deducted from the employee’s personal leave balance and paid as cash. Accumulation of Personal Leave. 5.2.10 Untaken compassionate leave does not carry forward or accumulate to subsequent years.
Accumulation of Personal Leave. (a) If all personal leave is not taken in a year, the untaken part shall accumulate from year to year. Personal leave will accumulate indefinitely.
