Admission Policies. 12.1 CONTRACTOR shall accept for services under this Agreement only those patients, referred from COUNTY by the Director of the Adult System of Care or designee, who are adults over the age of 18 years and require Adult Residential Treatment Services as defined by appropriate law and regulations.

Admission Policies. The applicant understands that: • This program accepts applications for programs starting in the Fall semester after the applicants completes all prerequisite requirements, including a Master’s degree in Education, Educational Technology or a related field. • A phone interview with program faculty may be required in the application process • Admitted students will begin their program provided that the necessary number of students apply and are admitted for the cohort.
Admission Policies. Admission procedures shall be in writing, be available to the public and include a provision that services, benefits and facilities shall be provided to patients/clients without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition (cancer related and genetic characteristics), marital status, sex, sexual orientation, age (over veteran status, gender, pregnancy, or any other non-merit factor unrelated to provision of services, benefits and facilities, and that no one will be refused services because of an inability to pay for services.

Christian Academy’s policy is to offer enrollment to students of Christian parents who desire a Bible-based education with academic excellence for their children. The Christian Academy staff partners with families who also teach their children what it means to have a Christian lifestyle regarding personal and family relationships, such as demonstrating love for others, exhibiting a teachable spirit, and sharing the belief that a biblical marriage is limited to a covenant relationship between a man and a woman (Xxxxxxx 19:4). (See Section G.1.3) Notwithstanding anything else in this handbook, Christian Academy reserves the right to select students and families on the basis of academic performance, Christian commitment, lifestyle choices, and personal qualifications including a willingness to cooperate with our administration and policies. Therefore, Christian Academy reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to refuse admission of an applicant or to discontinue the enrollment of a student on the basis of, but not necessarily limited to, the inability to support the moral principles of the school and/or the inability to maintain a lifestyle consistent with the Christian Academy statement of faith, mission, values, philosophies and goals, and any related policies and procedures. Admission Policies. The parties acknowledge that the USGA shall be entitled to all receipts from all admission tickets, regardless of how sold and including spectator admission to practice rounds on the Practice Days, and/or admission to other various facilities, including the facilities included in the Leased Property, whether currently in existence or provided in the future. Admission Policies. There are several forms that must be completed and returned before your child enters the program. This is to ensure that your child will get the very best of care from us. All forms are subject to yearly renewal and must be kept up to date. It is very important that all emergency contact information is kept up to date and correct. Please inform us immediately of any changes to keep your information current. Personal information about your child and their families is strictly confidential. We are required to maintain up-to-date immunization records and your child must have a physical before he/she can enter our program. At the time of enrollment, the director will conduct an interview with the parents and child to determine the best placement for him/her. Our goal is to place your child in the appropriate emotional/social/age appropriate environment. Before any modifications to our policy (including but not limited to), tuition, dates of closure, field trips, parents will receive a 30 day written notice. All children enter the program on a two-week trial basis (payment is required on the first of the month for the entire month). If your child does not continue in the program the remaining tuition (two weeks) will be refunded. At the end of this period we will talk about how your child has adjusted or not adjusted to the new setting. An enrollment fee of $50.00 is required at the time of registration for all programs. This amount is non-refundable. If your child will attend more than one program the registration fee will need to be paid for each program. A material fee is due upon enrollment and yearly, of $75.00 to help provide new materials for your child’s classroom to keep our materials up-to-date and to provide a state of the art education. A one hour transition visit before the start date is recommended. This is a great opportunity for you to see your child in action at MILE and for them to get to know the teachers and classmates. During this time we will review all enrollment paperwork and prepare for your child’s upcoming enrollment. They will see their cubby and we will receive them with enthusiasm.
