CONTRACTOR NOT AGENT. Except as COUNTY may specify in writing CONTRACTOR shall have no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of COUNTY in any capacity whatsoever as an agent. CONTRACTOR shall have no authority, express or implied pursuant to this Agreement to bind COUNTY to any obligation whatsoever.
CONTRACTOR NOT AGENT. Except as City may specify in writing, Consultant shall have no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of City in any capacity whatsoever as an agent. Consultant shall have no authority, express or implied, pursuant to this agreement to bind City to any obligation whatsoever.
CONTRACTOR NOT AGENT. Except as the City may authorize in writing, Contractor and its subcontractors shall have no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of or bind the City in any capacity whatsoever as agents or otherwise.

Contractor and Contractor’s personnel shall have no authority, express or implied, to bind City to any obligations whatsoever. Conflicts of Interest. Contractor covenants that neither it, nor any officer or principal of its firm, has or will acquire any interest, directly or indirectly, that would conflict in any manner with the City’s interests or that would in any way hinder Contractor’s performance under this Contract. Contractor further covenants that in the performance of this Contract, no person having any such interest will be employed by it as an officer, employee, agent or subcontractor, without the City’s written consent. Contractor agrees to avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of any conflicts of interest with the City’s interests during the performance of this Contract. If Contractor is or employs a former officer or employee of the City, Contractor and any former City officer or employee shall comply with the provisions of Sacramento City Code Section 2.16.090 pertaining to appearances before the City Council or any City department, board, commission, or committee.

Except as District may specify in writing or as provided by law, Contractor shall have no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of District in any capacity whatsoever as an agent. Contractor shall have no authority, express or implied, pursuant to this Agreement to bind District to any obligation whatsoever.

Except as AUTHORITY may specify in writing, CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR’s personnel shall have no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of AUTHORITY in any capacity whatsoever as an agent. CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR’s personnel shall have no authority, express or implied, to bind AUTHORITY to any obligations whatsoever.
CONTRACTOR NOT AGENT. Except as GSJTA may specify in writing, CONTRACTOR shall have no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of GSJTA in any capacity whatsoever as an agent. CONTRACTOR shall have no authority, express or implied, pursuant to this Agreement to bind GSJTA to any obligation whatsoever.
CONTRACTOR NOT AGENT. Except as SCTC may specify in writing, CONTRACTOR shall have no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of SCTC in any capacity whatsoever as an agent. CONTRACTOR shall have no authority, express or implied, pursuant to this Agreement to bind SCTC to any obligation whatsoever.
