Moral Rights means any right to claim authorship of an Invention, to object to or prevent the modification of any Invention, or to withdraw from circulation or control the publication or distribution of any Invention, and any similar right, existing under judicial or statutory law of any country or under any treaty, regardless of whether such right is denominated or generally referred to as a “moral right.”
Personal Leave means leave provided for:
these Bye-Laws or “these presents” shall mean these Bye-Laws in their present form and all supplementary, amended or substituted Bye-Laws for the time being in force;

Third Party Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property owned by a third party.
Intangible Personal Property means incorporeal personal property including, but not limited to, deposits in banks, negotiable instruments, mortgages, debts, receivables, shares of stock, bonds, notes, credits, evidences of an interest in property, evidences of debt, and choses in action generally.
Personal representative means the person or persons who, upon the disability or incompetence of a Participant, shall have acquired on behalf of the Participant, by legal proceeding or otherwise, the power to exercise the rights or receive benefits under this Plan and who shall have become the legal representative of the Participant.

Personal protective equipment means all equipment worn to minimize exposure to hazards, including gloves, masks, face shields, foot and eye protection, protective hearing devices, respirators, hard hats, and disposable gowns and aprons.
Personal Grievance means a claim of unjustifiable dismissal, unjustifiable disadvantage, discrimination, sexual or racial harassment, or duress in relation to membership or non-membership of a union or employees’ organisation.
Personal harassment means any improper behaviour by a person employed by the Employer that is directed at and offensive to another person employed by the Employer which the first person knew or ought reasonably to have known would be unwelcome. Personal harassment comprises objectionable conduct, comment, act or display that demeans, belittles or causes personal humiliation or embarrassment to the recipient.
Commercial Rights means any and all rights of a commercial nature connected with the Event including, without limitation, broadcasting rights, sponsorship rights, merchandising and licensing rights, ticketing rights, promotional rights, catering and hospitality rights, New Media rights and interactive games rights;
Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property Rights shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(o).
Electric personal assistive mobility device means a self-balancing two-nontandem-wheeled device
Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;
legal personal representative means the personal or other legal representative of the shareholder;
Tangible Personal Property means all tangible personal property and interests therein, including machinery, computers and accessories, furniture, office equipment, communications equipment, automobiles, trucks, forklifts and other vehicles owned or leased by the Company and other tangible property.
Accenture Personal Data means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.
Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).
