Staff Representative. After notifying Nursing Administration, the Association's authorized staff representatives shall have access to the Employer's premises where nurses covered by this Agreement are working, excluding patient care areas, for the purpose of investigating grievances and contract compliance. Such visits shall not interfere with or disturb nurses in the performance of their work during working hours and shall not interfere with patient care.
Staff Representative. The Sheriff will recognize one (1) Labor Council staff representative as a union representative in accordance with this Article upon receipt of a letter identifying the staff representative (or designee). Said staff representative shall be admitted to the Sheriff's facilities, which are open to the general public, during normal business hours. Said staff representative shall notify the Sheriff (or designee) upon arrival prior to conducting any Union business.
Staff Representative a. The school-based meeting is outside of school hours and is concerning labour relations or disciplinary matters.

The staff representative of the Union may speak to the bargaining unit employees during their designated breaks and/or before and after working hours, on MetroParks property which is open to the general public. The Staff Representative of the Union or authorized representative may contact employees on the Employer premises provided that on each visit such representatives make their presence known to the head of the Human Resources Department (Manager or Director) or his/her designate and shall indicate the purpose of the visit, and identify those areas of the Employer which the representatives desire to visit.

Staff Representative. Re: Steelworkers Members Pension Benefit Plan The parties agree to appoint Pension representatives to prepare a plan for fermination of the current Company Retirement Plan. Such representativesshall report back as soon as possible to ajoint committee of three (3) Union representatives and three (3) Company representatives with a recommendation to terminate the current Retirement Plan. Such recommendation will be consistent government approval for such Plan termination, Thejoint committee shall adopt a “single option” ter- mination scheme for the termination and distribution of Plan assets. Since we will not involve the Company in any selection procedure but want only to protect number of peo- ple in an indirect classification and to make sure that the Company is not required to add additional man- power in classification where it is important that the Company maintain certain numbers to perform impor- tant work, some classifications have regular Floaters which makes replacement a little easier.
