Access to Building Sample Clauses

Access to Building. On Saturdays, Sundays, legal holidays and weekdays between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M., access to the Building and/or to the halls, corridors, elevators or stairways in the Building may be restricted and access shall be gained by use of a key or electronic card to the outside doors of the Buildings. Landlord may from time to time establish security controls for the purpose of regulating access to the Building. Tenant shall be responsible for providing access to the Premises for its agents, employees, invitees and guests at times access is restricted, and shall comply with all such security regulations so established.

Access to Building. During Normal Building Operating Hours, the Building shall, subject to the provisions of Section 5.2, be open and access to the Premises shall be freely available, subject to the Rules and Regulations. During periods other than Normal Building Operating Hours, Tenant shall have access to the Premises, but such access shall also be subject to the Rules and Regulations.
Access to Building. Lessee, for Lessee and for Lessee's agents, employees, and invitees, agrees that all such persons desiring to enter or leave the Building at other than normal business hours in the Building from Monday to Saturday, both inclusive, and during all hours on Sundays and on all days observed by the Federal and State governments as legal holidays, shall use such entrances or exits as may be designated by Lessor, and shall comply with Building security regulations established from time to time by Lessor with respect to identification, registration and method of signaling for admission, so as to establish the right of such persons to enter or to leave the Building.
Access to Building. Any person entering or leaving the Building may be questioned by Building security regarding his/her business in the Building and may be required to sign in and out. Anyone who fails to provide a satisfactory reason for being in the Building may be excluded.

Tenant shall be responsible for requesting cancellation of any access cards issued to Tenant, and that Landlord may charge a reasonable fee for any new or replacement access cards requested by Tenant. Tenant acknowledges that Tenant is responsible for providing security to the Premises following Tenant’s entry onto the Premises for any reason and for its own personnel whenever located therein. Subject to the foregoing, Landlord shall, at all times, retain the right to control and prevent such access by all persons whose presence, in the sole discretion of Landlord, may jeopardize the safety, protection, character, reputation and interests of the Building and its tenants or occupants. Landlord shall in no case be liable for damages resulting from any error with regard to the admission or exclusion of any person from the Building.
Access to Building. Landlord reserves the right to exclude from the Building during the evening, night and early morning hours beginning at 5 P.M. and ending at 8 A.M. Monday through Friday, and at all hours on Saturdays, Sundays, union holidays and legal holidays, all persons who do not present identification acceptable to Landlord. Tenant shall provide Landlord with a list of all persons authorized by Tenant to enter the Premises and shall be liable to Landlord for all acts of such persons. Landlord shall in no case be liable for damages for any error with regard to the admission to or exclusion from the Building of any person. In the case of invasion, mob, riot, public excitement or other circumstances rendering such action advisable in Landlord’s opinion, Landlord reserves the right to prevent access to the Building during the continuance of the same by such action as Landlord may deem appropriate, including closing doors.

Access to Building. Tenant shall have access to the Building twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, by means of a key or an electronic controlled access system. On or before the Commencement Date, Landlord shall provide to Tenant, at no additional cost thirty (30) keys or access cards to the Building. Additional keys or controlled access cards required by Tenant for any reason will be provided upon Tenant’s payment of a fee as determined by Landlord, based upon Landlord’s actual cost to obtain such additional keys or cards.
