Legal Holidays with respect to any Place of Payment or other location, means a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banking institutions in such Place of Payment or other location are not authorized or obligated to be open.
Legal Holidays means the following: New Year's Day (closed), Martin Luther King's Birthday Lincoln's Birthday President’s Day, Cesar Chavez Day, Memorial Day (closed), Fourth of July, Bloody Thursday (July 5-closed), Harry Bridges Birthday, Labor Day (closed), Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day (closed), Christmas Day (closed). Any other National or State holidays created by Executive Authority or declared by the Harbor District Tariff.
Legal Holidays means only those days declared to be legal holidays by law or proclamation of the Governor of Oklahoma, or those days which mail is not delivered.

Legal Holidays. A "LEGAL HOLIDAY" is any day other than a Business Day. If any specified date (including a date for giving notice or making a payment or a purchase) is a Legal Holiday, the action shall be taken on the next succeeding day that is not a Legal Holiday, and, if the action to be taken on such date is a payment in respect of the Notes, no interest, if any, shall accrue for the intervening period.
