Resident agrees that forty-eight (48) hours written notice shall be reasonable and sufficient notice. Resident may be present; however, entry is not conditioned upon Resident’s presence. In case of an emergency, Owner or its representatives may enter the Premises at any time without prior notice, but the Owner shall make a reasonable effort to provide prior notice and in any event will provide written notice of having entered the Premises. Owner’s entry shall not be so frequent or of such duration as to substantially interfere with the Resident’s right to quiet enjoyment of the property.
