Common use of Access to Building Clause in Contracts

Access to Building. On Saturdays, Sundays, legal holidays and weekdays between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M., access to the Building and/or to the halls, corridors, elevators or stairways in the Building may be restricted and access shall be gained by use of a key or electronic card to the outside doors of the Buildings. Landlord may from time to time establish security controls for the purpose of regulating access to the Building. Tenant shall be responsible for providing access to the Premises for its agents, employees, invitees and guests at times access is restricted, and shall comply with all such security regulations so established.

Access to Building. On Saturdays, Sundays, legal holidays Sundays and weekdays Holidays and any other days between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M., 7:00 A.M. access to the Building and/or to or the halls, corridors, elevators or and stairways in the Building may be restricted and access shall be gained only by use of a key exhibiting an appropriate security pass or electronic card to by otherwise complying with the outside doors of the Buildingsestablished Building security regulations. Landlord may from time to time establish in accordance with the terms of the lease security controls and regulations for the purpose of regulating or restricting access to washrooms by key, key combination or other security device. Tenant shall abide by all such security controls and regulations so established in accordance with the terms of the lease. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Tenant shall have access to the Building. Tenant shall be responsible for providing access to the Premises for its agentspremises seven (7) days a week, employeestwenty-four (24) hours a day (except as prohibited by casualty, invitees and guests at times access is restricted, and shall comply with all such security regulations so establishedemergency or governmental order).
