Work Package 2. User involvement A full statement setting out our approach to involving older people is in Annex Four of the Service Provider’s tender response. The Service Provider shall involve older people in the evaluation services and the following tasks will be performed: Older people’s advisory group The Service Provider will recruit 20 to 30 older people from across the Fulfilling Lives: Ageing Better project areas from a range of backgrounds with a focus on older people that have experienced social isolation and loneliness to build the older people’s advisory group. The purpose of the group is to ensure that older people are involved at every stage of the evaluation. Older people will be recruited via local organisations and Brunel University’s existing older people user panel. The Service Provider will also involve the existing cohort of older people that have been involved in the development of the Fulfilling Lives: Ageing Better Programme further to agreement from the Fund. The advisory group will be convened during the first phase of the development of the evaluation; following the inception meeting. The first tasks will be to outline the overall approach, agree the terms of reference and membership of the advisory group and agree the different roles advisory group members would like to take with the Fund and then with the advisory group members themselves. Advisory group members will be consulted on their preferred method of communication but it is anticipated that the advisory group will meet in person at least once a year (with travel and subsistence costs refunded through this contract) and then with telephone and email contact with individual advisory group members as necessary to arrange further meetings. In addition the Service Provider expects communications with the advisory group will also be linked up through our communications work package, for example by writing blog posts or social media items about what they have been doing on the evaluation and sharing photos and images of their work through the Fund’s online community. Work Package 2. Treatment pathways in different countries‌ There is a need to clarify how health providers and systems must cooperate to ensure continuity of care in the context of cross-border care. Once a patient has received treatment abroad and returns home, who is responsible for the follow-up care? What if there are complications from a treatment not provided in the patients’ home country? Who has the authority to define procedures to resolve these questions? Treatment often involves a series of procedures delivered by a multidisciplinary team. Patients may not always be aware of the pathway of care and may instead see their treatment as discrete packages of care. Patients seeking care abroad may then lose the continuity of care that the pathway provides, or would have difficulties getting back onto the pathway of care on their return to the home Member State.   • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.
