Regular Updates. Resource Provider shall submit progress reports to PREPA on the development, construction, permitting, third-party contracting, and financing of the Facility no later than the fifth (5th) Business Day of every Month, commencing on the first Month following the Closing Date and continuing until the Commercial Operation Date. Resource Provider acknowledges that PREPA may keep PREB and other Governmental Authorities apprised of its progress.
