Development Report definition
Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.
Development Report has the meaning given to it in Section 3.1(a).
Development Report means a report containing the information specified in Section 3.8 submitted to the Town by Master Developer for a Development by Master Developer or for the sale of any Parcel to a Subdeveloper or the submittal of a Development Application by a Subdeveloper pursuant to an assignment from Master Developer.
