Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.
Development Report has the meaning given to it in Section 3.1(a).

Development Report means the written report provided under Section 3 describing each Development to be patented or commercialized by Licensee.
Development Report means the written report of Licensee's (or its sublicensee(s)') progress under the Development Plan, or since the previously submitted Development Report, as provided under Section 3 having at least the information specified on Appendix D of this Agreement.
