Annual Work Plan means any of the Annual Work Plans.

Annual Work Plan means the formal plan submitted to the Department, by Green Diamond on an annual basis pursuant to Section 4.0 of this Agreement, and as revised from time to time pursuant to Section 4.3 of this Agreement, so that the Department may determine whether the individual plans described therein are consistent with this Agreement prior to implementation by Green Diamond.

• The Recipient shall afford the Association a reasonable opportunity to exchange views on each such proposed Annual Work Plan and Budget, and thereafter ensure that the Project is implemented with due diligence during said following calendar year in accordance with such Annual Work Plan and Budget as shall have been approved by the Association.

Annual Work Plan means to the plan referred to in Part D.1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
