TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This MOU shall be effective July 1, 2020 and together with all the terms, conditions and effects thereof, shall expire as of midnight on June 30, 2021.

TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The term of the Memorandum of Understanding shall be from July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2020 (three year). Meet and confer sessions for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 shall commence no later than March 15, 2020.
TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The terms and conditions of this memorandum of understanding shall be subject to renegotiation by the parties beginning on or after June 30, 2012 as part of the collective bargaining negotiations for a successor collective bargaining agreement.
TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The term of this Memorandum of Understanding shall commence on the date of this Memorandum of Understanding, and shall continue until such time as the obligations contained in the Lease are fully satisfied and all such funds paid thereunder, and costs incurred, by the City have been repaid by the School System. TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum of Understanding shall become effective July 1, 2023, and shall remain in full force and effect to and including June 30, 2028, and from year to year thereafter, provided, however, that either party may serve written notice on the other at least 60 days prior to June 30, 2028, or any subsequent June 30th of its desire to terminate or amend this Memorandum of Understanding.
