Automatic Payroll Deposit. All employees covered by this agreement shall participate in the County's automatic payroll deposit program. Participation shall mean the employee's execution of a payroll authorization form and submission of a voided check or savings deposit slip to the Auditor's office. It shall be the employee's choice as to which bank he/she designates as the institution receiving the payroll funds. When the authorization form is properly executed and filed with the Auditor, the County shall automatically deposit in the employee's designated bank account the net amount of pay each designated biweekly payday.
Automatic Payroll Deposit. Direct deposit of County paychecks into a financial institution of the employee’s choice will be required for all employees hired on or after May 24, 2005.

When both the authorization form and bank deposit are properly executed and filed, the APCD shall automatically deposit in the employee's designated bank account the net amount of pay each designated biweekly payday.
Automatic Payroll Deposit. The City will continue to offer Automatic Payroll Deposit in cooperation with any bank that utilizes the Automated Clearing House service.
Automatic Payroll Deposit a. Bargaining unit members may elect to be paid by automatic deposit at any time. New bargaining unit members as of January 1, 1997, must be on direct deposit. Once a bargaining unit member is on direct deposit, he/she must remain on direct deposit.
