For Fiscal Year 2020. 2021 Effective with the first full pay period of January 2021, the pay scale attached hereto as Appendix A-4 shall apply to all Officers covered by this AGREEMENT. The pay scale reflects a 2% increase in base wages.

For Fiscal Year 2020. (1) Any employee whose hourly wage falls below the mid-point of his/her pay grade (per the 2019 wage calculation) will receive a 1.0% increase to his/her base wage effective on the first day of Payroll Year 2020; and
For Fiscal Year 2020. In no event shall the County be liable for payment under this Contract for any amount in excess thereof. The County is not under obligation to make any future apportionment or allocation to this Contract nor is anything set forth herein a limitation of liability for Contractor. Any potential expenditure for this Contract outside the current fiscal year is subject to future annual appropriation of funds for any such proposed expenditure.
