Common use of TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING Clause in Contracts

TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The term of Memorandum of Understanding shall be from July 1, 2021 until June 30, 2024, and thereafter shall continue from year to year. Either party may request modification by March 15, 2024, in which event, meeting and conferring shall begin no later than April 15, 2024.

TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The term of the Memorandum of Understanding shall be from July 1, 2021 until 2017, through June 30, 2024, 2020 (three year). Meet and thereafter confer sessions for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 shall continue from year to year. Either party may request modification by commence no later than March 15, 2024, in which event, meeting and conferring shall begin no later than April 15, 20242020.
