Common use of TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING Clause in Contracts

TERM OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This Memorandum of Understanding shall become effective July 1, 2019, and shall remain in full force and effect to and including June 30, 2023, and from year to year thereafter, provided, however, that either party may serve written notice on the other at least 60 days prior to June 30, 2023, or any subsequent June 30th of its desire to terminate or amend this Memorandum of Understanding.
