Site Plan Approval definition

Site Plan Approval means approval by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning Division or City Council, pursuant to Section 114 of the City of Toronto Act, 2006;
Site Plan Approval means the official document or permit by which an Applicant is allowed to construct and use Small Cell Wireless Facilities as granted or issued by the Town.
Site Plan Approval means the process set out in Part 10 of this By-law by which an applicant obtains approval of their plan for a site where the approving authority has approved the underlying development application;

More Definitions of Site Plan Approval

Site Plan Approval means approval of a Site Plan Application granted by the Commissioner pursuant to the provisions of this By-law;
Site Plan Approval as used herein shall mean final approval of a site plan by the Village of Royal Palm Beach for development of the Property with up to 187 multi-family dwelling units with associated streets, parking areas, driveways, drainage structures, ponds and easements (the "Project").
Site Plan Approval has the meaning provided in Recital 24 of this Agreement. "State" means the State of New York.

Site Plan Approval means the conditional approval by the Frederick City Planning Commission, upon terms and conditions acceptable to Purchaser in Purchaser’s sole discretion, of the Site Plan with the expiration of any applicable appeal periods and with no appeals being filed, in each case pursuant to the Frederick City Land Management Code and other applicable laws. Approval by the FAA of the Purchaser Improvements shall be sought simultaneously with the Site Plan Approval and is intended to be covered by this paragraph.
