Site Plan Approval means approval by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning Division or City Council, pursuant to Section 114 of the City of Toronto Act, 2006;

More Definitions of Site Plan Approval

Site Plan Approval means final site plan approval issued by and to the satisfaction of the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning pursuant to section 114 of the City of Toronto Act, 2006 as amended from time to time and/or section 41 of the Planning Act;
