Development Consent definition

Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.
Development Consent means the decision of the competent authority or authorities which entitles the developer to proceed with the project;
Development Consent means the consent granted by the Council to the Development Application for the Development identified in this Planning Agreement including all modifications made under section 4.55 or 4.56 of the Act. Development Contribution means the sum of the Monetary Contribution, Dedicated Land or other Public Benefits (including, without limitation, the works the subject of this Agreement) including any combination of the above. GST has the same meaning as in the GST Law.

Examples of Development Consent in a sentence

  • Construction Certificate means a certificate issued under Part 6 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW) approving building work to be carried out on the Land for the whole or part of the work consented to under the Development Consent on the Land.

  • This agreement is not intended to operate to xxxxxx, in any manner, the exercise of any statutory power or discretion of the Council, including, but not limited to, any statutory power or discretion of the Council relating to the Development Application or any other application for Development Consent (all referred to in this agreement as a “Discretion”).

  • Before commencing the Developer’s Works, the Developer must give to the Council copies of all approvals and consents for the Developer’s Works, other than the Development Consent.

  • Development means the development of the Land in accordance with the Development Application No. 2023.45 as made by the Developer and as a result of any conditions of Development Consent.

  • The parties agree that the Developer is not required to undertake any works until such time as there is a Development Consent.


More Definitions of Development Consent

Development Consent has the same meaning as in the Act and means Council’s approval of the Development Application described in Item 3 of the Schedule; “Development Contribution” means the amount of money referred to in Item 5 of the Schedule.
