Development Consent definition

Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.
Development Consent means the decision of the competent authority or authorities which entitles the developer to proceed with the project;

More Definitions of Development Consent

Development Consent means the consent granted by the Council to the Development Application for the Development identified in this Planning Agreement including all modifications made under section 4.55 or 4.56 of the Act. Development Contribution means the sum of the Monetary Contribution, Dedicated Land or other Public Benefits (including, without limitation, the works the subject of this Agreement) including any combination of the above. GST has the same meaning as in the GST Law.
Development Consent means the development consent in respect of the Development Application described in item 3 of Schedule 1;
