Development Consent definition

Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act. Dispute means any dispute or difference between the parties arising out of, relating to or in connection with this document, including any dispute or difference as to the formation, validity, existence or termination of this document.
