Definition of Tentative Map

  1. Tentative Map means a tentative tract map or preliminary plat map for each Property proposed to be included in Eligible Property, which shall have received tentative or preliminary approval by all Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction and which map shall be in form and content reasonably acceptable to Agent in its discretion.

  1. Borrower shall have delivered to Lender and Lender shall have approved a Final Map or Tentative Map, as applicable, together with evidence reasonably satisfactory to Lender that any such Tentative Map has not expired and is not due to expire during the development of such portion of the Land.
