Seniority Employee definition

Seniority Employee means an employee who has completed his/her probationary period.
Seniority Employee is an employee who has been hired since the opening of the Mississauga facility and whose name will appear on the Mississauga seniority list.
Seniority Employee means an Employee who, per Article 8, Section 4 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Employer and the Union, has completed three (3) months of continuous employment with the Employer.

Examples of Seniority Employee in a sentence

  • Any employee who has been in the employment of the Company for ninety (90) consecutive calendar days shall be considered a Seniority Employee of the Company.

  • Upon completion of such period from initial employment, he shall be classed as a "Seniority Employee", and his seniority shall be from the first day of initial employment.

More Definitions of Seniority Employee

Seniority Employee when used in this Agreement shall mean an employee employed by the Company within the Bargaining Unit described in Article 1 of this Agreement who has successfully passed their probationary period and who has attained seniority in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of this Agreement.

The Board agrees to once every six months, addresses (as on Return) of all employees covered by this Agreement to the President of the Services Branch.

  • Company Employee means any current or former employee, independent contractor or director of the Company or any Company Affiliate.

  • Business Employee means any individual employed by Seller in or in connection with the Business.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Bona fide employee means a person, employed by a bidder and subject to the bidder's supervision and control as to time, place, and manner of performance, who neither exerts, nor proposes to exert improper influence to solicit or obtain contracts nor holds out as being able to obtain any contract(s) through improper influence.

  • Inactive Employee means an employee who is not actively at work due to approved leave of absence, short-term disability leave or military leave.
