Seniority Employee means an employee who has completed the probationary period prescribed in this Agreement and who has been retained in the employ of the Company following completion of the probationary period and who has acquired seniority.

Any employee who has been in the employment of the Company for ninety (90) consecutive calendar days shall be considered a Seniority Employee of the Company.
