Original Building definition

Original Building means the building containing approximately 114,419 rentable square feet to be constructed by Landlord for Tenant upon the Land according to SECTION 3 and includes both the Original Base Building and the Original Leasehold Improvements.
Original Building means the original building of an aggregate of approximately 24,100 square feet located partly on both the Petralli Real Property and the Owned Real Property.
Original Building means the building footprint as at 1st April 2013.

Original Building means the building as originally built or as it stood on 7th December, 2021 or, where built after that date, as it was originally approved;
