Permitted Uses. Tenant may use the Property only for the Permitted Uses set forth in Section 1.06 above.

Further, BA shall not use Protected Information in any manner that would constitute a violation of the Privacy Rule or the HITECH Act if so used by CE. However, BA may use Protected Information as necessary (i) for the proper management and administration of BA;
Permitted Uses. You may use your account, subject to any restrictions set out in this agreement to pay for goods and services from merchants who accept the card (called merchants). Here are some examples: • using your card to pay for goods and services by presenting the card to a merchant and complying with their request to sign or enter a code, • using your card or the account to pay for goods and services ordered from a merchant by telephone, internet or mail, and • using an account access cheque (called an Amex cheque) to pay a merchant for goods and services or to pay any other person. If we agree, you may also use your account to obtain funds advances. For example, you may obtain funds advances at any ATM that accepts the card. If we agree, you may be permitted to transfer balances to your account. For example, we may permit you to transfer balances from cards issued by other financial institutions by using an Amex cheque or our telephone or online services. If permitted by the merchant, you may return to the merchant goods or services obtained using your account and receive a credit to your account. We may permit a card to be used for contactless payments which enables you to make charges without signing or entering a code at a participating merchant. This service uses a computer chip that is built into the card and transfers encrypted payment information wirelessly when you hold the card to a contactless reader. You agree to only use the contactless service in accordance with our instructions. We may permit you to use your account with a mobile phone or other type of device to make payments and access services. You agree to only use your account for such payments and services in accordance with our instructions, this agreement and any other user terms that may apply. References in this agreement to using your card, account number or the account also apply to using your account for payments and to access services with a mobile phone or other type of device. If we permit, a card may be used to cash a cheque at an American Express location. A dishonoured payment fee is payable as set out in the information box and disclosure statement if the cheque is returned or not honoured immediately for its full amount by the financial institution. We may also charge the amount of the cheque to your account.
Permitted Uses. The Tenant shall occupy the Premises only for the Permitted Uses, and shall not injure or deface the Premises or the Property, nor permit in the Premises any auction sale. The Tenant shall not permit in the Premises any nuisance, or the emission from the Premises of any reasonably objectionable noise, odor or vibration, nor use or devote the Premises or any part thereof for any purpose which is contrary to law or ordinance, or liable to invalidate or increase premiums (above those normally incurred for the Permitted Uses) for any insurance on the Building or its contents (unless the Tenant pays for any such increase in premiums and provided such actions do not interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Land by the Landlord, other tenants, visitors or invitees of the Building) or liable to render necessary any alteration or addition to the Building, nor commit or permit any waste in or with respect to the Premises, nor shall Tenant overload existing electrical or other Building systems.
Permitted Uses. Associate shall not use Protected Information except for the purpose of performing Associate’s obligations under this Contract and as permitted under this Addendum. Further, Associate shall not use Protected Information in any manner that would constitute a violation of the HIPAA Rules if so used by CE, except that Associate may use Protected Information: (i) for the proper management and administration of Associate; (ii) to carry out the legal responsibilities of Associate; or (iii) for Data Aggregation purposes for the Health Care Operations of CE. Additional provisions, if any, governing permitted uses of Protected Information are set forth in Attachment A to this Addendum. Associate agrees to defend and indemnify the Department against third party claims xxxxxxx from Associate’s breach of this Addendum.
Permitted Uses. (a) to access and use the PRODUCT for internal purposes, which include internally generating analysis, information and modeling;
Permitted Uses. Tenant shall use the Premises as permitted under applicable zoning laws only for the following purposes and shall not change the use of the Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord: Office, research and development, marketing, light manufacturing, data center, ancillary storage and other incidental uses. Tenant shall use only the number of parking spaces allocated to Tenant under this Lease. All commercial trucks and delivery vehicles shall (i) be parked at the rear of the Buildings, (ii) loaded and unloaded in a manner which does not interfere with the businesses of other occupants of the Project, and (iii) permitted to remain within the Project only so long as is reasonably necessary to complete the loading and unloading. Landlord makes no representation or warranty that any specific use of the Premises desired by Tenant is permitted pursuant to any Laws.

Further, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary above, BA shall not use Protected Information in any manner that would constitute a violation of the Privacy Rule or the HITECH Act if so used by CE. However, BA may use Protected Information (i) for the proper management and administration of BA, (ii) to carry out the legal responsibilities of BA, or (iii) for Data Aggregation purposes for the Health Care Operations of CE [45 C.F.R. Sections 164.504(e)(2)(ii)(A) and 164.504(e)(4)(i)].
Permitted Uses. The Company Premises will be used by Company solely and exclusively for the purpose of providing support to Company’s Business at the Airport and in accordance with the provisions of the Basic Agreement. The Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations hereunder.
