RESIDENCY RIGHTS NEITHER SHARABLE NOR TRANSFERABLE BY RESIDENTS Residence accommodations, including bedroom space, shared common areas (such as living rooms and bathrooms) and shared community facilities (such as floor community rooms and laundries) may only be occupied by the resident to whom the room is assigned. Residence accommodations shall not be shared with any other individual not officially assigned to that residence by UCF DHRL, and may not be sublet, assigned, or in any way transferred by the Student.
Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines All employees covered by this agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.
Right to Representation Upon request, an employee will have the right to representation at all levels on any matter adversely affecting the employee’s conditions of employment. The exercise of this right shall not unreasonably delay or postpone a meeting. Representation will not apply to discussions with an employee in the normal course of duty, such as giving instructions, assigning work, informal discussions, delivery of paperwork, staff or work unit meetings or other routine communications with an employee.
Representations, Warranties and Covenants of Recipient Recipient represents, warrants and covenants for the benefit of the Grantor as follows:

Right to Join Employees shall have the right to form and join labor or employee organizations, and shall have the right not to form and join such organizations. Employees in an appropriate unit shall have the right by secret ballot to designate an exclusive representative for the purpose of negotiating grievance procedures and the terms and conditions of employment for employees of such unit with the School Board.
NO RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP NON-TRANSFERABILITY You acknowledge, understand and agree that your account is non-transferable and any rights to your ID and/or contents within your account shall terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.
Warranties and Exclusions 6.1 Accenture warrants that the SaaS Services provided to Client pursuant to the Agreement will comply in all material respects with the Documentation. This warranty shall not apply where: (i) the Client’s or any Authorized User's access or use of the SaaS Services is not in accordance with the Agreement or with Accenture’s instructions; (ii) modification or alteration of the SaaS Services or any systems, software or other content or materials embodied therein is made by any Party other than Accenture; or (iii) the SaaS Services are being provided free of charge, or as a trial, pre-release or as a beta release.
REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND UNDERTAKINGS 3.1 Each Party hereby represents and warrants to the other Party that, as of the date this Contract Amendment No. 1 is signed and as of the Effective Date of this Contract Amendment No. 1:
Representation Rights At all grievance meetings under this Article, the grievant shall be entitled to be accompanied and/or represented by a Union representative. A grievant may also represent himself or herself, or be represented by any other person, so long as that person is not a representative of another employee organization. The administrator shall have the right to be accompanied by another administrator or District representative. The grievant must be present at each step of the grievance procedures, unless excused by the District. By mutual agreement other persons such as witnesses to the facts upon which the grievance is based may also attend grievance meetings.
