Building Area definition

Building Area means that portion of the zoning lot that can be occupied by the principal use, excluding the front, rear and side yards.
Building Area means and refer to the maximum horizontal projected area of the principal and accessory building, excluding open steps or terraces, porches without roofs not exceeding one story in height, or architectural appurtenances projecting not more than two feet.
Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building above grade, within the outside surface of exterior walls, or within the outside surface of exterior walls and the centre line of Firewall or Party wall; and
