New Stock Option Plan definition

New Stock Option Plan means a stock option plan approved by the board of directors of the Reorganized Debtor, providing for the issuance to management of options to purchase up to 5% of the New Common Stock or such greater percentage as may be approved by a majority of the holders of the New Common Stock.
New Stock Option Plan means Holdings' 1997 Stock Option Plan to be approved by the Board of Directors of Holdings providing for the issuance of options to purchase Common Stock to directors and employees of Holdings, Anvil or its Restricted Subsidiaries which may provide for the grant of options in respect of up to 5% of the fully diluted Common Stock of the Company at exercise prices equal to the fair market value thereof on the date of grant or any successor plan thereto.
