Nonqualified Option definition

Nonqualified Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.
Nonqualified Option means an option to purchase Stock granted under this Plan other than an Incentive Option.
Nonqualified Option means an Option granted under Section 7 that is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Code Section 422.

More Definitions of Nonqualified Option

Nonqualified Option or "NQO" means any Option, including a Deferred Compensation Option, granted pursuant to the Plan that is not an Incentive Stock Option.
