Nonqualified Option definition

Nonqualified Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.
Nonqualified Option means an option to purchase Stock granted under this Plan other than an Incentive Option.
Nonqualified Option or "NQO" means any Option, including a Deferred Compensation Option, granted pursuant to the Plan that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • No Option hereunder shall be transferable by a Holder other than, for no value or consideration, (i) by will or by the laws of descent and distribution, or (ii) in the case of a Nonqualified Option, as otherwise expressly permitted by the Committee including, if so permitted, pursuant to a transfer to the Holder’s family members, whether directly or indirectly or by means of a trust or partnership or otherwise.

More Definitions of Nonqualified Option

Nonqualified Option means an Option granted under the Plan other than an Incentive Option.
