Buildings and Fixtures definition

Buildings and Fixtures means all plant, buildings, structures, erections, improvements, appurtenances and fixtures (including fixed machinery and fixed equipment) situate on any of the Subject Properties.
Buildings and Fixtures means all plants, buildings, structures, erections, improvements, appurtenances and fixtures (including fixed machinery and fixed equipment) situate on the Real Property.
