Stock Option Plans definition

Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.
Stock Option Plans means, collectively, any and all plans adopted from time to time by the General Partner pursuant to which REIT Stock is issued, or options to acquire REIT Stock are granted, to employees or directors of the General Partner, employees of the Partnership or employees of their respective Affiliates in consideration for services or future services.
Stock Option Plans means the Stock Option Plan of the Company in effect as the date of this Agreement, the principal terms of which have been disclosed in the SEC Reports.
