Incentive Option definition

Incentive Option means an option which satisfies the requirements of Code Section 422.
Incentive Option means an Option which by its terms is to be treated as an “incentive stock option” within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
Incentive Option means an option to purchase Stock granted under this Plan which is designated as an "Incentive Option" and satisfies the requirements of Section 422 of the Code.

More Definitions of Incentive Option

Incentive Option means an Option that is intended to comply with the requirements set forth in Section 422 of the Code.
