Option Plans definition

Option Plans has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.5(b).
Option Plans means the option plans for Common Shares or Units, as the case may be, restricted share plans or employee benefit plans established by the General Partner or the Partnership.
Option Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.8(a).

More Definitions of Option Plans

Option Plans means the Company’s stock option plans, incentive plans, equity participation plans, or other similar plans, and any stock option agreements or other equity award agreements used in connection therewith.
Option Plans shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.4 hereto.
