Incentive Stock Options definition

Incentive Stock Options means Option Rights that are intended to qualify as “incentive stock options” under Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision.
Incentive Stock Options means any Options that meet all the requirements under section 422 of the Code.

  • Options granted under the Plan may be Non-qualified Stock Options or Incentive Stock Options, as provided herein.
