Director Option definition

Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.
Director Option means a Nonstatutory Stock Option granted to each Eligible Director pursuant to Section 6.7 without any action by the Board or the Committee.
Director Option means a right to purchase shares of Common Stock granted to a Non-Employee Director pursuant to Section 7 hereof.

  • The Director Option shall be exercisable during your lifetime only by you.

  • Information regarding the tax consequences of the Director Option will be provided to you.

  • Transfer of Common Stock purchased by your transferee upon exercise of the Director Option may also be subject to the restrictions and limitations described in Paragraph (5) below.
