Stock Option definition

Stock Option means a contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6 hereof to purchase shares of Common Stock at such time and price, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement.
Stock Option or "Option" means any option to purchase shares of Stock which is granted pursuant to the Plan.
Stock Option or “Option” means any option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted to Eligible Individuals granted pursuant to Article VI.

  • Except as provided in Section 3, the Option awarded by this Award Agreement will vest in accordance with the vesting provisions set forth in the Notice of Stock Option Grant.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Section 4(a), in the event of any noncompliance with the Restrictive Covenants in accordance with the immediately preceding sentence, each Stock Option that vested in accordance with this Section 4(a) prior to the date of such noncompliance (the “Forfeiture Date”) shall remain exercisable through the 90-day period following the Forfeiture Date (but in no event beyond the scheduled expiration of the Stock Option).

  • If designated in the Notice of Stock Option Grant as an Incentive Stock Option (“ISO”), this Option is intended to qualify as an ISO under Section 422 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”).
