Upon the release of your Purchase Price to the Series at the applicable closing, you will receive notice and evidence of the digital book-entry (or other manner of record) of the number of Shares owned by you reflected on the books and records of the Series, which books and records shall bear a notation that the Shares were sold in reliance upon Regulation A.
The deposit of the payment of the Purchase Price for clearance will not be deemed an acceptance of this Agreement.
