If Company enters into an agreement with a “Major Studio” or a “Mini-Major” (as such terms are customarily understood in the motion picture industry; and for clarity, Lionsgate is a Mini- Major), for the development and/or production of the Picture, Owner shall be entitled to a “set-up bonus” of Twenty Five Thousand U.S. Dollars ($25,000) if such agreement is with a Major Studio, or Fifteen Thousand U.S. Dollars ($15,000) if such agreement is with a Mini-Major.
