Names and Likenesses. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any contractual restrictions imposed upon Maverick in connection with Maverick Videos of which Maverick has advised ADI in writing with reasonable advance notice, during the Term, ADI may use the name and Maverick-approved or -supplied likenesses, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, of such artist for the purposes of advertising, promoting or publicizing the Streaming by ADI of such Maverick Video on the applicable Licensed Music Site, but not in a manner which implies an endorsement of any service (including, without limitation, Licensed Music Sites) or product without Maverick's prior consent.
Names and Likenesses. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any contractual restrictions imposed upon Warner in connection with Warner Videos of which Warner has advised ADI in writing with reasonable advance notice, during the Term, ADI may use the name and Warner-approved or -supplied likenesses, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, of such artist for the purposes of advertising, promoting or publicizing the Streaming by ADI of such Warner Video on the applicable Licensed Music Site, but not in a manner which implies an endorsement of any service (including, without limitation, Licensed Music Sites) or product without Warner's prior consent.
Names and Likenesses. All persons, firms and corporations connected with the production of the Videos and all other persons whose names, voices, photographs, likenesses, work, services and materials have been used in the Videos have authorized the use of their names, voices, photographs, likenesses, performances and biographical data in connection with the advertising, promotion and exploitation of the Videos and the Video Devices manufactured hereunder.

Subject to Grantor's approval, such approval not to be unreasonably delayed or withheld, to use, license, and authorize others to use the name, physical likeness and voice (and any simulation or reproduction thereof) of any Person rendering services in connection with the Program for the purpose of advertising, publicizing or exploiting the Program and Licensed Video Recordings thereof. CBS/FOX shall not use or authorize the use of the name, likeness, or voice of any Person connected with the Program to directly endorse any product or service.

Subject to Contractual Restrictions, SPWA may use the Attributes of all individuals appearing in or connected with the production of the Picture in any and all advertising and publicity materials and SPWA is not restricted in any way from using any of such Attributes in connection with such advertising materials, as provided in Paragraph 4.4.2, above, and to the extent the Picture or the underlying property is based upon or related to, events in the life of real persons, living or dead, or portrays real persons, Licensor has obtained all personal releases and other rights necessary to permit SPWA to exploit the Picture in the manner provided herein without violating any third party rights or incurring any obligation to any third party, and Licensor shall provide true and correct copies of such personal releases to SPWA as part of the chain of title documents hereunder.

Artist approves and permits the use of all names and approved likenesses, including, without limitation all professional, group, and fictious names heretofore, now, or hereafter used by the Artist, the voice of the Artist, and approved biographical material concerning the Artist to the extent necessary to allow reasonable use and exploitation of all Deliverables or as otherwise agreed by the parties in the applicable SOW.

Use and license and authorize others to use the name, physical likeness and voice (and any simulations or reproduction thereof) of any party rendering services in connection with each Program for the purpose of advertising, publicizing or exploiting the Program, subject to NICC's prior approval, not to be unreasonably withheld.

You hereby grant to us, during the Term, the right to use and to authorize our Licensees to use the names and approved likenesses of, and biographical material concerning you in any marketing materials for the sale, promotion and advertising of the applicable Digital Literature Product, which is offered for sale or other use under the terms of this Agreement.
