Program Service definition

Program Service means the course of treatment used by an organization to provide a specific level of care of behavioral health treatment.
Program Service as used herein shall mean Licensee’s content delivery service that is licensed in the Agreement, which shall be branded solely with the Crackle brand and shall be owned and controlled by Licensee. The terms of this Schedule are non- precedential and non-prejudicial with respect to any future agreement between the parties.
