License Term means the period commencing on the EFFECTIVE DATE and continuing, with respect to any PATENT RIGHTS, for the life of the applicable patent, and, with respect to any TECHNOLOGICAL INFORMATION, in perpetuity.
License Term means the period commencing on the Effective Date and continuing for the duration of the Initial Term as set forth in EXHIBIT A plus any additional terms agreed upon by the parties pursuant to Section 12.1, unless earlier terminated as set forth in Section 12.
License Term means, with respect to any particular Equipment, a period that commences on the Applicable Commencement Date for such Equipment and ends on the Applicable Termination Date for such Equipment.
License Term means: (i) for the Modules listed in Exhibit A, for all other Modules that you acquire from Atheros during the Term and for which you are not required to pay a separate license fee, and for Updates to the foregoing Modules: the Term; and (ii) for Modules and Upgrades for which you pay us a separate license fee, and for Updates to such Modules and Upgrades: the initial term (“Initial License Term”) of such license specified by us at the time of such purchase, and any Renewal License Term of that license. Each Initial License Term will automatically renew, without an additional license fee, for successive one year periods (each: a “Renewal License Term”), until and unless one of the parties provides the other a notice of non-renewal at least 90 days prior to the end of a then-current License Term.
License Term means, with respect to each Designated Product in each nation in the Territory, the cumulative period covered by the Development Period, the Certification Period, and the Marketing Period.
