Domestic Box Office definition

Domestic Box Office with respect to a Current Film, the aggregate U.S. gross box office receipts earned by such Current Film as reported in Daily Variety or The Hollywood Reporter.
Domestic Box Office with respect to a Licensed Film, shall mean the highest aggregate US and Canadian gross box office receipts earned by such film as reported in Daily Variety or The Hollywood Reporter. If Licensor believes that the latest of such reports is not the most current number of such receipts, it shall have the right to provide a certificate setting forth the correct amount.
Domestic Box Office means, with respect to a motion picture, United States and Canadian box office receipts of such motion picture as reported in Variety as of the date 45 days prior to the beginning of the month in which such motion picture’s VOD or PPV availability date occurs. If Licensor believes that the latest of such reports does not reflect the most current number of such receipts, it shall have the right to provide a certificate setting forth the correct amount.
