Research Term definition
Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Research Term means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the later of: (a) the termination or expiration of the Initial Period, or (b) if elected pursuant to Section 3.1.1, the Research Term Extension.

Examples of Research Term in a sentence
The term of this Agreement (“Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and, subject to earlier termination in accordance with this Article 8, shall continue in force until the expiration or termination of the Research Term.
The JDC shall remain in effect from the date on which it is established in accordance with Section 3.1 until the expiration of the Research Term.
All such books and records shall be retained by Paragon until the later of: (a) [***] after the end of the Research Term; and (b) such longer period as may be required by Applicable Law.
