• From and after the expiration of the Research Term, this Article 3 shall have no further force or effect (except for Section 3.1, which will continue in accordance with its terms) and, for the avoidance of doubt, the JRC and all subcommittees established by the JRC shall automatically dissolve.

Research Term means that period of time beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the fourth (4th) anniversary of the Effective Date, subject to early termination or extension as set forth in Section 2.8.

Research Term means the Initial Research Term plus, if applicable, the Research Extension Period.
