From and after the expiration of the Research Term, this Article 3 shall have no further force or effect (except for Section 3.1, which will continue in accordance with its terms) and, for the avoidance of doubt, the JRC and all subcommittees established by the JRC shall automatically dissolve.
During the Research Term, the Parties shall conduct the research collaboration with respect to each Collaboration Target described in this Section 4.1(a)(i), in each case, as further described in, and in accordance with, the Research Plan for such Collaboration Target.
Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, the term for the JRC shall commence as of the date upon which it is established and continue until the earlier of the termination of this Agreement and expiry of the Research Term.
