Approval by the Municipality granted in accordance with this paragraph will be limited to an approval of the location and alignment of the Major Work only, and will not signify approval of the structural design or the ability of the work to perform the function for which it was intended.
For the purposes of obtaining the approval of the Municipality for Major Work under this Agreement, the Company will provide the Municipality with the Plans and Specifications for the proposed Major Work in Electronic Format (or upon request, the Company will provide the Municipality with a hard copy of the materials).
However, only Major Work is subject to a formal approval process.
