Compliance with State and Other Laws. The CONSULTANT specifically agrees that in performance of the services herein enumerated by it or by a subcontractor or anyone acting in behalf of either, that it or they will exercise the standard of care to comply with state, federal and local statutes, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the performance of this Agreement.
Compliance with State and Other Laws. The DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER specifically agrees that in the performance of the services herein enumerated, the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER, its associates, subcontractors, agents and employees will comply with all applicable Federal laws, State statutes, local ordinances, rules and regulations. Governing Law; Exclusive Jurisdiction This Agreement, and all the rights and duties of the parties arising from or relating in any way to the subject matter of this Agreement or the transaction(s) contemplated by it, shall be governed by, construed and enforced only in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois (excluding any conflict of laws provisions that would refer to and apply the substantive laws of another jurisdiction). Any suit or proceeding relating to this Agreement, including arbitration proceedings, shall be brought only in DuPage County, Illinois. <<insert consultant’s name here>> consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in DuPage County, State of Illinois.
Compliance with State and Other Laws. The ENGINEER specifically agrees that in performance of the services herein enumer- ated by ENGINEER or by a subcontractor or anyone acting in behalf of either, that each will comply with all State, Federal, and Local Statutes, Ordinances, and Regulations.
Compliance with State and Other Laws. HWC specifically agrees that in performance of the services herein enumerated by HWC or by Subconsultants or anyone acting on behalf of either, that each will comply with all state, federal, and local statutes, ordinances and regulations in effect as of the effective date of this Agreement (the “Laws and Regulations”). Changes to these laws and regulations after the effective date of this Agreement may be the basis for modifications to CLIENT’s responsibilities as provided in Appendix B or to HWC’s Services (as provided in Appendix A), times of performance (as provided in Appendix C), or compensation (as provided in Appendix D).
Compliance with State and Other Laws. The CONSULTANT shall at all times observe and comply with all Federal and State laws, local laws, orders, ordinances and regulations which in any manner affect the conduct of SERVICES, or which may have an affect over the PROJECT. The CONSULTANT shall indemnify and save harmless the State and all of its officers, agents, employees and servants against any claim or liability arising from or based on the breach of such law, ordinance, regulation, order, whether by the CONSULTANT or anyone subject to the control of the CONSULTANT. A new law change may cause an increase in the cost and result in a SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT. The assurances hereinafter made by the CONSULTANT are each a material representation of fact upon which reliance is placed by the DEPARTMENT in entering into this CONTRACT. The DEPARTMENT may terminate the CONTRACT if it is later determined that the CONSULTANT rendered a false or erroneous assurance.
Compliance with State and Other Laws. In the performance of this Agreement, the Developer and the City must comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, as the same exist and may be amended from time to time. Such laws, rules and regulations include, but are not limited to, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, (the Public Records Act) and Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, (the Florida Sunshine Law). If any of the obligations of this Agreement are to be performed by a subcontractor, the provisions of this Section shall be incorporated into and become a part of the subcontract.

Compliance with State and Other Laws. Business Associate will comply with any applicable federal or state privacy or security law to the extent such law is more protective of Individual privacy than HIPAA Rules, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the New York State Information Security Breach and Notification Act (General Business Law § 899-aa and State Technology Law, § 208).
Compliance with State and Other Laws. CONSULTANT shall exercise usual and customary professional care to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the services being provided under this Agreement, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (42 U.S.C. 2000d, 2000e), as well as with any applicable titles of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 S.S.C. 12101, et seq.). If the fees to be paid for the services being provided under this Agreement exceed $5,000.00, CONSULTANT shall comply with Section 285.530 RSMo, pertaining to enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program, and shall provide verification through an affidavit that states that CONSULTANT:
Compliance with State and Other Laws. 13.1 The CONSULTANT, and subconsultant(s), shall comply with Federal, State, COUNTY and local statutes, ordinances and regulations, and will obtain permits, or other mandated approvals, whenever applicable, in the performance of Services under this AGREEMENT. Further, CONSULTANT shall comply with all COUNTY policies and rules, including, but not limited to, criminal background checks.
