Compliance with Other Laws. Secured Party may comply with any applicable state or federal law requirements in connection with a disposition of the Collateral and compliance will not be considered to adversely affect the commercial reasonableness of any sale of the Collateral.
Compliance with Other Laws. In its performance of this Contract, Provider must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations. Provider is deemed to know of and understand all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
Compliance with Other Laws. Without limiting the scope of any of the preceding sections of this Article 16, Grantee shall keep itself fully informed of City’s Charter, codes, ordinances and regulations and all state, and federal laws, rules and regulations affecting the performance of this Agreement and shall at all times comply with such Charter codes, ordinances, and regulations rules and laws.
Compliance with Other Laws. The Borrower and each Subsidiary is in compliance, in all material respects, with all applicable requirements of law and all applicable rules and regulations of each Federal, State, municipal or other governmental department, agency or authority, domestic or foreign.

In its performance of this Contract, Developer, its contractors, and contractors’ Subcontractors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and city laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations. Developer is deemed to know of and understand all applicable laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, those attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes as Attachment D). Developer shall ensure that its contractors and contractors’ Subcontractors are in compliance with this Section 8.09.

Contractor shall make itself familiar with and at all times shall observe and comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations which in any manner affect performance under this Contract.

In the performance of this Contract, Subrecipient shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, including those listed in Attachments B, C, and D. Subrecipient is deemed to know and understand all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations affecting its performance under this Contract.
Compliance with Other Laws. A. Laws related to Contract. CONTRACTOR and its SUBCONTRACTORs shall administer the program(s) funded by this CONTRACT in accordance with this CONTRACT, and with all applicable local, State and federal laws, regulations, directives, guidelines and/or manuals.
